Marcell Szederkényi, a qualified coach, offers boxing and Kali training (Filipino martial arts) at DPU. This involves working on complex skills such as mobility, rhythm, explosiveness, flexibility, balance and good structure and learning different strategies for success in a friendly atmosphere. The objective is self-awareness. The various types of exercise can help us feel better mentally and physically, stay healthy, and reduce stress.
