At a festive ceremony on 6 December 2025, the founder and chairwoman of the board, Prof. h. c. Marga B. Wagner-Pischel, president and CEO of Danube Private University GmbH, under the honorary chairmanship of Dr. h. c. Karl Habsburg-Lothringen and numerous honorary members, led by Governor Johanna Mikl-Leitner and His Excellency Bishop Dr. Alois Schwarz, officially launched the Heracles-Hebe Foundation of the Danube Private University.
