At our running training sessions, you can meet not only motivated runners but also athletes from other sports as well as those who simply fancy dropping in for a one-off session. Because running is for everybody! Our varied training sessions are professionally led by Muchfit and focus on running technique, hypertrophy, myofascial training, strength and stability training as well as endurance sessions. With this fantastic support, we work together to prepare for athletic events and achieve our personal goals. We have been successfully participating at events such as the Wachau Marathon and the Vienna City Run as a team for years. Training with Muchfit takes place every Tuesday at 18:00 and is sponsored by DPU. This makes it free for DPU students and the entry fees for various events are also mostly covered by the university.
