Dental Prosthetics

When it is no longer possible to preserve the teeth or much of the structure of a tooth has already been lost, then the tooth will need to be replaced. This can be done with crowns, bridges, partial or full dentures, among other things.

Crowns are generally used when there is not enough tooth structure left for a filling. A crown can also be used for aesthetic reasons or to correct the position of the teeth.

Bridges are used to close gaps when one or more teeth are missing but other natural teeth are still available for anchoring.

Partial dentures are stabilised on existing natural teeth as a retaining element.

A full denture is always used when the patient no longer has their own teeth in the upper or/and lower jaw.

With removable dentures, the denture can be stabilised and comfort can be improved by implants.

Our team of dentists works hand in hand with our in-house dental laboratory and our Centre for Digital Dentistry and CAD/CAM to create high-quality dentures that provide you with good chewing function, an aesthetic appearance and increased enjoyment of life.
