This includes wafer-thin veneers, e.g. made of ceramics, which are bonded to the tooth to provide a radiant, flawless smile by creating teeth that are perfect in terms of shape and aesthetics. Using veneers, under certain circumstances, even receding teeth can be given a more rounded appearance in line with the other teeth if they are fitted with one of these veneers.
Tooth whitening can be used to lighten discolouration of the teeth, caused for example by age or stimulants such as nicotine, caffeine, tea, and to regain a radiant whiteness. These are just a few examples. There are many other ways to improve the aesthetic look of the teeth.
