Shipping costs and terms of delivery
1. Shipping and shipping costs
1.1 Shipping is carried out by Österreichische Post Aktiengesellschaft, CR 180219d, Rochusplatz 1, 1030 Vienna, Austria, and the costs are borne by the customer. Shipping costs are based on the costs calculated by Österreichische Post AG. You can find an overview of costs at:
Shipping costs within Austria: EUR 7.50
Shipping costs outside of Austria (EU): EUR 18.50
2. Terms of delivery
2.1 Danube Dental Service GmbH currently only delivers to customers within Austria and the following EU countries:

- Denmark
- Estonia
- Finland
- France
- Greece
- Ireland
- Italy
- Croatia
- Latvia
- Lithuania
- Luxembourg
- Malta
- The Netherlands
- Poland
- Portugal
- Romania
- Sweden
- Slovakia
- Slovenia
- Spain
- The Czech Republic
- Hungary
- Cyprus
2.2 Delivery of the product(s) ordered by the customer will take place within 5-7 working days after your receive the order confirmation from Danube Dental Service GmbH by email, providing that the product is available and the webshop has not indicated otherwise (cf. 3.4 of our Terms and Conditions). This is general information. If different delivery times have been given for a particular product, these are listed on the product page.
2.3 If the customer does not accept delivery, Danube Dental Service GmbH has the right to return the purchase price and to retain the shipping costs. The amount is reimbursed via the payment method originally chosen by the customer.
2.4 If Danube Dental Service GmbH is unable to adhere to the delivery periods due to force majeure (e.g. strikes, natural disasters) or other circumstances not of its making, you will be informed as soon as possible. The delivery period will be extended by the length of these events.
2.5 The order will be delivered to the delivery address stated by the customer. Any additional costs incurred as a result of the customer stating an incorrect delivery address will be borne by the customer.
2.6 Danube Dental Service GmbH reserves the right to deliver the order in partial deliveries, even if the customer has not requested this. In this case, Danube Dental Service GmbH will bear all additional costs arising from this.
