GUIDELINES ON RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS:

As per our terms and conditions, you have the right to return the product within 14 days following receipt of delivery. Please follow these steps to do so:

Complete the attached returns form stating the article(s) you want to return. Please also state the reason for the return and/or the amount you want to replace.

Please place the completed form in the original box with the product you want to return. The product(s) must be in its original, unopened packaging and clothing must at least be in its original, undamaged condition. The right to return applies only to unworn, unwashed and undamaged products from which the label has not been removed.

Please stick the return label securely to the outside of the closed package.

Put the package in the post. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs.

When we have received your package, we will send you a confirmation. Once this has been successfully processed, you will be fully reimbursed via the payment method you originally selected.

If you would like to replace your products, please get in touch via the contact details stated below so that we can inform you of the availability of the size you want to replace and, if it is available, reserve the product for you:
